You will see a Mixed-in Calendars list on the calendar page.
You can use the list to display and hide events by color-coded categories, such
as event type or region.
Select or clear the check box next to a category of
events to display or hide those events.
If the list is large, the All or None links
below the color-coded list might help you display the events you want more
quickly.

Having an event on your personal calendar doesn't do much good if the event
time or location changes after you add the event. For events that really matter,
arrange to be notified in case something changes.
Select one or more events on the calendar.
or
In the Other event actions list,
select Notify me of changes.
In the Event Actions window, type
your name and email address. Click Set Notification.
Tip
To learn more about event
notifications, click the Help link at the top of the
Event Actions window.
On the Subscribe page, click
the RSS or XML button.
If you use Safari, the feed displays right in the
browser.
If you use Internet Explorer or Firefox and click one of the buttons, the
code shows for your calendar, and you can copy/paste the URL into your news
reader.
Firefox may not be able to display the Atom feed. If that's the case, you can
get the URL from the RSS feed, and after you paste the URL into your reader,
replace .rss with .xml.
You can subscribe to this calendar by adding it to your calendars in iCal,
Sunbird, or similar calendar program that can accept iCalendar feeds. When you
subscribe this way, you have a live copy of our calendar right where you need
it. Our updates automatically show up in your subscribed view, and you can
easily see where our event schedule conflicts with your personal or business
schedule.
In your calendar program, choose the command for subscribing to a calendar
(or remote calendar). In iCal this is on the Calendar menu; in
Sunbird it's on the File menu.
Where the dialog box asks for the calendar address, enter the following URL:
http://www.trumba.com/calendars/nc_fire.ics
Tip To find the name of our calendar, click
the RSS button. The URL for the calendar shows calendarname.rss. Just
replace .rss with .ics to get the iCalendar feed's
URL.
